Day two of heats saw Sophia compete in her u16 coxed four. They had a strong race finishing second in 7:46:06, with only the top boat going through to finals, so they will have a repechage tomorrow. More time on the water is definitely a good thing and the girls were all happy.
Greer had her u15 coxed 8 and they finished in third in 7:39:22 with only the top two going through to finals so a repechage tomorrow for her as well.
All in all a pretty good day and two happy girls.
