Today we had a well deserved down day so we booked to go and see the new Avatar movie, Avatar: The Way of Water at the IMAX in 3D. We had a quiet morning until we headed down there at 11am. There was basically no one there – no staff to hand out the 3D glasses (we needed to go in search of them) , luckily we had Mark on hand. We were the only ones in the theatre when we got there but a couple of others turned up before it actually started.
Everyone enjoyed the movie … I was disappointed there were no recliner seats, but no one else seemed to care. We headed home and did some washing and packing before getting ready to head out for dinner
We ubered to La Trova in Little Havana for dinner. It was heaving and the atmosphere was so good. The kids weren’t quite so impressed but Mark & I enjoyed it. The kids all enjoyed the food but the music was a bit loud for them. The food was really good, service was fast and music amazing. All in all a good night out but maybe next time we should just leave the kids at the hotel!
