This morning we packed up and headed to Whole Foods for breakfast. Austin is the home of Whole Foods and we went to their flagship store. It was massive and with so many options – I would love to have that as my regular store.

After breakfast we had a quick stop at the Texas Co-op Store which sells all sorts of clothing and memorabilia/trash for Texas University fans and students. They literally have everything. Lululemon branded clothing, tow bar covers, blow up Santa’s in TU gear, pens, plates etc. The boys both got Texas caps.

It was about a 3 hour drive back to the rental car centre and a bus ride to the terminal. Bag drop was pretty easy and security fairly quick for an airport of its size. A 2.5 hour flight and we were in Washington DC. We had to take 2 Ubers to the hotel, an approx 30 min drive. Mark & Greer’s first Uber didn’t turn up so they had a much longer wait. We arrived at our hotel for the next 5 nights, The Kimpton George, and we’re helped at reception by the very friendly TC. A little TV and it was bedtime.
